At the board meeting held July 18, 2023, the board of directors approved a 6-part special assessment to fund the insurance premiums.

The special assessment is ear-marked for insurance and can only be used for insurance. Our agents have indicated to us that we can expect a sixty-five percent increase next year and the insurance must be paid on or before January 1, 2024.
