SPECIAL ASSESSMENT MEETING NOTICE
The Board of Directors will be meeting on September 19, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the on-site Rec Room, 1085 Hwy A1A, Satellite Beach, FL 32937.
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss and approve a Special Assessment. We have received several proposals for the roofs and will be reviewing them at the meeting. Depending on which proposal is chosen, the special assessment may be anywhere from $5,000 to $20,000 per unit.
