Please be advised that at a legally noticed Board of Director's Meeting held on December 26,
2019 at the Royale Towers Condominium located at 1830 North Atlantic Avenue, Cocoa Beach FL 32931, it was voted and passed by the Board of Directors to levy a special assessment in the amount of $13,000 (Thirteen thousand dollars) per unit. This special assessment will cover the cost to replace building roofs due to the damage from Hurricane Matthew.
The special assessment can be paid in full by March 1, 2020 or in two equal installments of $6,500. The first installment is due on March 1, 2020 and the second is due on May 1, 2020. If your special assessment payment is not received on time a late fee will be applied. If you fail to make a special assessment payment a lien will be attached to your property.
