  Your community has adopted the budget for the 2023 calendar year. The new maintenance fee for 2023 will be $550.00. Please make the necessary changes to your bill pay with your bank. If you signed up for the ACH payments, you would need not change anything as the amount will adjust to the new monthly fee to be debited from your account beginning with the January 2023 payment.

   As of 2022 Coupon Books are NOT required by the bank nor are they necessary any longer. The payment processing center prefers unit owners send in payments in the following fashion without a coupon. Please make the check payable to Canaveral Sands Condominium

   In the event you still wish to order a coupon the cost is $15.00 to be paid when sending in your coupon request below. Make payment payable to Canaveral Sands Condominium. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by December 09, 2022, so that we may include your request in the primary order. if you request a book besure to send your name, your unit number, the address you would like your book sent or request a coupon book request form. Again, a coupon is not needed to make your payment!

   As a reminder, owners can update their mailing addresses, change email addresses, and even control their auto payment from the ComWeb Owners Portal. Owners are encouraged to check their information to be sure it’s correct in our system.
