he Ocean Wak Roof Project Information:
Hello Ocean Walk Owners:
The Board of Directors has released the following information on the upcoming roofing Project.
As with any community-wide project, owners are asked to be aware of increased movement of the property. Please be on the lookout for workers and their safety as they move about the property.
Please do not distract workers or disturb them from the work they are doing.
The Association must have this project done by Mid to End of November 2023. You may see activity and workers on the property on Saturdays to accomplish our insurance deadline.
Please see the following information:
a) Tentative start date is September 12 when equipment and supplies arrive and setup begins;
b) A Hoist will be placed on the Northwest corner of the roof for material handling;
c) The staging area for all deliveries is the North side of the parking deck;
d) Approximately 20 parking spots are required for the contractors and employees to be designated;
e) The roofing and AC work will begin at the south end of the condominium;
f) Notices of upcoming work will be posted weekly, identifying the units which will be affected. The Notices will be posted
g) Contractors will require access to your unit and AC equipment; check your notices;
h) If your unit is leased, please make sure that the tenant and your property manager know about the upcoming work. It is your responsibility to provide access;
i) It is advisable that you are present when the contractor needs access to your unit and AC;
j) 9th Floor units – Contractors will require access to photograph for any existing damage or stains
