The Ocean Walk Beach Condominium Association board, recognizing the importance of the Elevator Modernization Project, voted to approve an assessment at the April 29, 2024, board meeting. This project, crucial for the safety and convenience of all residents, will be funded from our current reserves, with an assessment of $9,500.00 per unit.
The payment schedule will be as follows:
Late payments will be subject to late fee charges.
