a.Top Notch Lawn Care- Discussion of the Contract renewal
b.Keys update on late financial reports for 2024 and date of availability through the end of May.
c. Assessment of Common Area Trees
9. Follow-up on Action Items:
a. Status on Monument for Paragrass Ave. and Pineda Blvd
b. Status of receiving insurance reimbursement from the individual who struck the Stonecrest Monument resulting in over $1K in damage
c. Status of restoring electricity/lighting to the Stonecrest Monument that was temporarily turned off at the request of VB for work at Avalonia
d. Status of estimates to power wash the sidewalks adjacent to Stonecrest common areas
e. Status of requested video (about 4 months ago) of gates on the night a resident had tires slashed on a vehicle in their driveway
f. Two median strips along Paragrass Ave. – Board and one community volunteer to start Brevard County outreach
g. Bat houses on homeowner properties
h. Pet waste – addition of fines to Community violations process
i. Pond maintenance and owner participation
j. Sidewalk cleaning and leaking recycled water – homes and common area walkways
k. Work Order Process: how does it work?
l. Pedestrian gate maintenance
m. Social committee – notification of new homeowners and welcome letters
n. Addison Village Pool
