At the 2025 Board of Directors meeting, the Mark Condominium Association Board of Directors approved a painting special assessment of $1,730.00 per unit, due by May 01, 2025.
The payment of $1730.00 is due no later than May 01, 2025. Any late payments will be subject to late fee charges.

Approved 2025-2026 Budget

Dear Mark Condominium Owners,
Your community has adopted the budget for the 2025 through 2026 fiscal year. The maintenance fee will be $950.00. The new monthly fee of $950.00 begins April 01, 2025.
Please make the necessary changes to your bill pay with your bank. If you are currently signed up for ACH payments with our your payments will self adjust to the new fee draw.

As a reminder, owners can update their mailing addresses, change email addresses, and even control their auto payment from the portal starting January 3rd 2024. Owners are encouraged to check their information to be sure it’s correct in our system.
If you have selected printing as your preferred method of communication, the Board of Directors would like every owner to use email as their preferred method of communication. This will ensure that you receive essential notices from the association in a timely manner and avoid the unnecessary cost of printing and postage.
