FLOOR Activity: PLEASE NOTE:

Please be advised.  Work on the 5th floor walkways at the Mark will startTuesday 9/3.

Work will be dusty, so it is advised to use painters tape on your hallway entry points (entry doors/window).
Pending any issues, (condition of concrete) the entire process will take approximately 4 weeks per floor.   While the floors are being ground down you will be able to use the hallway.  

Here are things to prepare for:
1. Dusty and noisy
2. You will be able to use the hallway when just bare concrete.  
3. There are three (3) coatings being applied. When this occurs you will NOT be allowed to travel over that area from 8am to 5pm the days the coatings are applied.  “Foot traffic" only, No heavy traffic; moving carts, delivery of appliances, materials.  Suggest planning a day-long road trip or binge-watch your favorite show.

4. Work will travel downward, 5 to 4 and so on. There will be work overlap of floors.
   5. In the event of an emergency, it will be understood that your health is of critical importance.
